Building The Home

Built In
Public.

We are not waiting until HORNGRY is finished to show you how it is built. This is where we document the real work as it happens: the decisions, the setbacks, the milestones. Warts and all.

First story

The community
ownership build.

Fifteen percent of HORNGRY is a founding commitment, currently under specialist cross-border legal review in the UK and Australia. As that work moves, we will document it here properly, as things are confirmed, not before.

We are not going to sketch a structure that does not exist yet, or put a name on something that is still being shaped. What we can say is this: the community that builds HORNGRY deserves a stake in what it helps build, and that work is being taken seriously.

When there is something concrete to share, it will appear here first.

What comes next

More stories from
the build.

Coming as they happen. Events, platform decisions, team growth, lessons learned, and the moments that did not go to plan. The point of building in public is that you see the whole process, not just the finished version.

Why we do this

Transparency is
a design choice.

HORNGRY is asking its community to help build something that matters. If we are asking for that, we should let people see how it is being built. Not the polished version. The real one.
This page will include the difficult parts as well as the wins. Timelines that shift, decisions that change, assumptions that turn out wrong. That is the only kind of transparency that means anything.
