By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm anyone;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit;

The Platform, its content, branding, logos and design are owned by HORNGRY Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. HORNGRY and Home of the Uninvited are protected under trademark law.

You may view and share Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. All other use requires our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant HORNGRY a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, edit, adapt and distribute it on and in connection with the Platform and HORNGRY's marketing.

You confirm you own or have the rights to any User Content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or the law.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or events. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

Action sports involve inherent risk. Any participation in events, crews or activities promoted on the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HORNGRY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal, security or operational reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
