Technical Lead, App
You'll own the HORNGRY app from the working build to launch and beyond. That means the product, the data, and the safety systems that keep a 16+ community safe: age checks, reporting, moderation tools. You've shipped a consumer app before and you care who ends up using it. Team equity is separate from anything set aside for the community.
Social Media and Outbound Lead
Run our voice everywhere it shows up outside our own site. Five sector channels, each with its own identity, plus the outbound that reaches riders, communities and partners who haven't found us yet. This isn't a content calendar job. Corporate polish, hype and "grow your following" framing don't belong here.
Head of Community
Own the global crews network. Grow it from 12+ cities to 50+. Build the playbook for local ambassadors, sessions and events.
Senior Product Designer, App
Continue to shape and refine the HORNGRY mobile app. Leaderboards, video uploads, sponsorships. Heavy taste, opinionated craft.
Brand Partnerships Lead
Bring in the brands that belong with us. Build deals that respect the culture, monetise without selling out.
