COUNCIL.
Twelve people. One council. Riders, crew leaders and local organisers, plus people who know how events get run, how gear gets made and how a business stays alive long enough to matter. They steer where HORNGRY goes, what we put on and where we show up. Nobody buys a seat. Nobody gets one for their trophy cabinet.

HOW THE SEATS WORK
7 SCENE SEATS
For the people running things on the ground. Riders, crew leaders, local & community organisers, anyone who started something in their town and kept it going. The scene holds the majority. Always.
5 SPECIALIST SEATS
For people who know how to build what's needed. One seat each for Events, Gear and Supply Chain, Business, Community Building, and Safeguarding and Youth.
Every seat is earned the same way. We ask what you've built for other people, not what you've won. Pro riders are welcome to apply through either route, the same as everyone else.

YOU REPRESENT
The council speaks for the scene. The boardroom answers to it.

Product drops, event hosts, brand partners. Specialists advise. Scene seats get the final say.

Two year terms. New people cycle in. Culture stays current.
THE RULES WE HOLD OURSELVES TO
- →No seat can be bought, sponsored or tied to a commercial deal.
- →Anyone with a business interest in a decision declares it and sits that vote out.
- →Scene seats decide anything that touches the community: event locations, pricing, brand partners.
- →The first intake is chosen by application. Once the HORNGRY app launches, members vote on every Scene seat.
NO SEAT? YOU STILL GET A SAY.
- →See what was decided. After every meeting we post what the Council agreed and why.
- →Ask a question. Put anything to the Council. Every question gets read.
- →Choose who sits there. When voting opens, members vote for all seven seats.
