We built this name. We protect what it stands for.
Our name. Our brand.
HORNGRY is the brand of HORNGRY Ltd. The HORNGRY name, our logos and Home of the Uninvited branding are protected under trademark law. Our original artwork, clothing graphics, photography, films, writing and website design are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.
These rights belong to HORNGRY Ltd or the creators and licensors whose work we use with permission. Contributors retain their rights under the agreements that apply to their work.
Clothing and commercial use
You must have our written permission before using HORNGRY branding on clothing, accessories, packaging or other products. The same applies to using our branding to advertise a business, shop, event or clothing range, or to suggest a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
Buying our gear, joining the community or downloading an image doesn’t give you a licence to reproduce our branding, make merchandise or sell products under our name. Don’t copy our logos or product graphics, or use branding likely to make people think your products come from HORNGRY.
Sharing and referring to HORNGRY
You’re welcome to link to our website and share our official posts using the platform’s sharing tools. Honest references to HORNGRY in reviews, reporting and discussion aren’t the same as using our name as your own brand. Nothing on this page limits uses permitted by applicable law.
For collaborations, merchandise or other uses that need permission, contact us first. Permission must be agreed in writing and applies only to the use agreed.
Report suspected misuse
Seen clothing or a shop using our name or artwork without permission? Email hello@horngry.net with the subject “HORNGRY brand protection”. Include the product or listing link, the seller’s name, where you found it and screenshots if available. Don’t buy a product just to make a report.
We review suspected misuse and may request removal, submit a complaint to the relevant platform or take legal action where appropriate. We assess each case against the rights and laws that apply in the relevant territory.
This is a general statement of our approach to brand protection. It isn’t a register of trademark registrations or a claim to exclusive rights over every use of a word in every country. The scope of protection depends on the relevant rights, goods, services and territory. All rights reserved, subject to applicable law.
